This regional crossover features all 36 teams from the West playing at six sites in California (the PacWest Conference has hosting rights this coming season). The two-day extravaganza will be played at Azusa Pacific, Concordia-Irvine, Fresno Pacific, Dominican, Academy of Art and Holy Names.
Each team plays four non-conference matches over two days in their assigned pod -- one each against the four teams from the other two conferences.
The makeup of the pods is based on the 2017 final regular season conference standings. Pod A features seeds 1 and 2, Pod B features seeds 3 and 4, etc.
