Approximately 30 administrators from the Great Northwest Athletic Conference are headed to Dallas this week for the 106th annual NCAA Convention.
The GNAC delegation includes presidents, athletic directors, faculty athletic representatives, and compliance officers. The four-day meeting will culminate with the Division II business session, where approximately 300-plus delegates will cast ballots on 13 legislative proposals. Much of the legislation under consideration centers on recruiting and eligibility. The members will also vote on a proposal to allow institutions in Mexico to apply for DII membership.
