You may have seen this ad during the Oscars tonight, and if you did, you may or may not have picked up on the GNAC softball cameo early in the spot.
The GNAC scene in question was a video clip from 2008, when Central Washington and Western Oregon teamed up for one of the most amazing acts of sportsmanship any time, anywhere, any level.
It eventually earned "Best Moment of the Year" at the 2008 ESPYs. You can read the backstory here.
