The GNAC's 16th baseball season gets underway this week, so we thought this would be the perfect time to share the 2017 NCAA Baseball Rules Video. This 32-minute production, which details new rules and interpretations, has been provided to head coaches in all three divisions in advance of the upcoming campaign.
The video is extremely well-produced and well worth any college baseball fan's time.
Side note: much of the narration on rules review is done by Tom Hiler, the GNAC's supervisor of umpires who also serves as the NCAA Director of Umpire Training.
